6. Delivery and Pickup

6.1 Delivery Services

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary
• Delivery fees are calculated at checkout
• We deliver to specified areas within Owerri and surroundings
• You must provide accurate delivery information

6.2 Delivery Requirements

For delivery orders:

• Someone must be available to receive the order
• We may require identification upon delivery
• Delivery to a safe, accessible location
• Additional charges may apply for special requests

6.3 Pickup Services

• Pickup orders must be collected from designated locations
• Wait for order ready notification before collecting
• Bring your order confirmation or ID
• Uncollected orders may be disposed after 30 minutes

6.4 Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

• Incorrect address provided
• Recipient unavailable
• Unsafe delivery conditions

We may charge additional delivery fees for reattempts or cancel the order without refund.

7. Cancellations and Modifications

7.1 Customer Cancellations

• Cancellations may not be possible once food preparation begins
• Refunds for canceled orders (if eligible) take 3-5 business days

7.2 Order Modifications

• Contact us within 5-10 minutes of ordering

Full refunds will be issued for orders canceled by us.
